Men's Practice Tomorrow

We will be practicing on the same field as we did last Saturday

Turf Field 3 – The field up the stairs & behind the Building

Time is 11.00am – 2.00 pm

Schedule is as follows:

11.00am – 12.00 –Warm up/drills/Team Runs
12.00pm – 12.30pm – Law/Interpretation Guidance from Gerry Clayton & Sherry Trumbull (BC Premier Refs)
12.30pm-1.30 pm – BLRC inter squad reffed by Gerry or Sherry with situational breakdown & feedback/guidance – 3 x 20 min sessions
1.30pm-2.00pm – Poss more inter squad or Q & A
