Sunday November 1st - mini rugby practice @ Burnaby Lake 10am

This Sunday November 1st is a Mini Rugby practice at 10am @ Burnaby Lake. IMPORTANT Reminder about daylight savings, clocks are turned back an hour and we gain an extra hour of sleep!!!!

Check the website and for emails Sunday morning, by 9am if practice is being cancelled due to weather. If it's pouring rain and based on field conditions Saturday, it might be called off.

Richmond won't be joining us this week, but will November 8th. Please respond to your kid's availability Sunday November 8th. The coaches want to know how many will be missing due to Remembrance Day commitments.
